The UK is very much a dog-loving country. However, it can be challenging to find a dog-friendly beach that is worth the trip. Our friends at Dog Friendly Cottages, have collated a list of 10 of the best dog-friendly beaches for a great day out.

The UK is home to some of the best beaches in the world, and a trip to one of our sandy shores can be unforgettable. The only problem is, while we all love going on holiday, we hate leaving our pets behind. With 60% of dog owners admitting to missing their four-legged friends more than their partners or children while on holiday, knowing the beaches where dogs are welcome is essential.
