Potential Delivery Delays

As many of you may know, the ongoing Royal Mail industrial action is creating challenges across the retail industry. 
A key consequence is that the number of parcels handled by carriers such as DPD and Evri has significantly increased over and above the volumes usually seen at this time of the year. 

Although we are working closely with our carriers, they have notified us that they will be placing restrictions on the number of parcels they accept from smaller businesses such as Get Set Pet from the 19th December.

As a valued Get Set Pet customer, we will do everything we can to ensure timely delivery of your order. However, to avoid potential delays and possible disappointment, we strongly recommend placing your order as early as you are able. 

Click & Collect

For customers based in Wokingham and the surrounding areas, we recommend using our Click & Collect service.

Our service is free and open from 9am till 5pm 7 days a week. Simply place your order on the website as usual and select 'Click & Collect' at checkout.

For orders placed before 4pm, you will be able to collect your order 30 minutes later. For orders placed after 4pm these will be available for collection on the following day.

Our click and collect service will be available until  5pm on the 23rd December.  The service will then close for the festive period and reopen on 27th December.
